The GPR 250 Index tracks the performance of the 250 most liquid REITs around the globe as measure by trading volume. The index is free float weighted with a $50 million free float market capitalization minimum for inclusion. Sectors covered are office, residential, diversified, hotel, health care and retail.

"The Morning BREW" is a collection of REIT industry statistics covering 13 property sectors containing 101 companies. It provides company, sector and REIT-industry-weighted averages for the following: Weekly and monthly price changes and year-to-date total returns, dividend yields and coverage, short interest data, consensus NAV estimates and cap-rate assumptions, various balance sheet metrics, consensus FFO estimates, consensus AFFO estimates, cross referencing each sector to the industry average.

The REIT Preferred Weekly tracks the perfomance of all actively traded REIT preferred issues including price and trading volume, yield measures, call features and credit ratings. Each property sector average is cross referenced to the industry average. This data covers 166 securities issued by 76 companies across 13 property sectors.

The delinquency rate by the major CMBS property types, including all CMBS issuance. Data points are 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, nonperforming by maturity, foreclosure and REO. The rate is calculated by the volume of delinquent issuance/volume of total issuance outstanding by property type/ time period. 

June Analysis: 
Delinquency rates were up 17 basis points for June and puts the overall delinquency rate at 8.59%. This is once again, the highest delinquency level in history. The number of loans considered seriously delinquent (60 days +) has grown to 7.83%.
