L.A.’s South Bay Market Heats Up  July 23, 2010 01:55 PM


Los Angeles’ South Bay office market is picking up. CB Richard Ellis-owned Tramell Crow is shopping 898 Sepulveda Blvd while Alliance Commercial Partners is selling an interest share in nearby Walnut Plaza. Both are being marketed by CBRE.

The eight story, 86,600 square-foot office building on North Sepulveda was sold to Trammel Crow by RREEF in early 2007 for $23.5 million. It has come to market without an asking price. A ...
