GSA Opens Bidding On Bethesda Office  April 30, 2010 06:01 PM


The General Services Administration has launched its online sale of 7550 Wisconsin Avenue, an office building in Bethesda, Md. (REFI, 4/5). The auction began on April 30, with a minimum bid of $14 million. The property, which has been vacant since 2002, could be sold for as much as $22 million, local brokers estimated. So far, 14 potential investors registered through the GSA's auction website, www.auctionrp.com. The auction closes on June 18.
